1. Product Warranty Term

2. General Product Warranty Policy

The information provided is for information only. GTEK will provide accurate and timely information, however, there may be inadvertent technical and typographical errors which we apologize. We reserve the right to make changes at any given time, without notice.


3. Monitor Service Policy

Please inquire with our offices for more information.

GTEK Dead Pixel Policy will replace monitors with the following condition:

  • 1 or more fully dead pixel(s)
  • 4 or more bright sub-pixels
  • 6 or more dark sub-pixels
  • 5 or more mixed bright or dark sub-pixels

4. Warranty Exclusions

The following circumstances are excluded from warranty coverage:

  • Product damage caused by catastrophes environmental factors.
  • Defacing of product labeling (label alterations and falsifying, serial number missing, serial number no longer discernible, serial number invalid).
  • Unauthorized changes of non GTEK parts, modifications or alterations, parts removal in or to the products
  • Damage caused by operator error or operator fails to comply user manual instruction.
  • Internal or external consumable items of the product itself such as battery, earphone, etc.
  • Accessories or packing material such as boxes, user manual, etc.
