Disclaimer:
“GTEK Care” An extended warranty service plan that provides additional coverage beyond the Standard Limited Warranty, limited to manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
“GTEK Care+” An enhanced protection and service plan that includes all benefits of GTEK Care, plus accidental damage protection, priority service response, and two-way shipping with advance replacement service.
“Accidental Damage” Unintentional physical damage caused by external events, including but not limited to drops, impact, liquid spills, and power surge events, excluding intentional damage or misuse.
The GTEK Care and GTEK Care+ Plans are supplemental service plans and do not replace or supersede the Standard Limited Warranty.

All Standard Limited Warranty terms, exclusions, and limitations remain applicable unless expressly modified herein.
As a condition of receiving advance replacement service, the Customer shall be required to provide valid credit card information for an Authorization and Capture flow. This authorization serves solely as a security mechanism to ensure return of the defective or damaged Product.
If the Customer fails to return the defective or damaged Product within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of receipt of the replacement Product, GTEK reserves the right to capture the authorized amount to recover the value of the unreturned Product, including replacement costs and logistics expenses.
The authorization shall be automatically released upon timely receipt and verification of the returned Product by GTEK or its authorized service partner.
GTEK’s liability is strictly limited to repair or replacement of the Product or its components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GTEK shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of business, or downtime.
GTEK Care and GTEK Care+ Plans are non-transferable unless expressly authorized in writing by GTEK.
