1. Eligibility for Return

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  • The product must be in new, unused condition, with all original packaging, accessories, and materials included.
  • Proof of purchase (such as an invoice or receipt) may be required to validate the return.

2. Return Freight Cost

  • Due to the size and weight of the 98" smart board display, return shipping is not free.
  • A flat return freight charge of $350 will apply and be deducted from your refund.

3. Return Process

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team for a Return Authorization (RA) and shipping instructions.
  • Once the product is received and inspected, we will issue a refund of the purchase amount, less the return freight charge.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 5 business days of delivery. We will arrange for replacement or repair at no cost to you.

5. Non-Returnable Conditions

  • Products that show signs of use, damage, or modification may not be eligible for return or may be subject to a restocking fee.
  • Custom orders or special configurations may not be returnable.
