1. Eligibility for Return
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- The product must be in new, unused condition, with all original packaging, accessories, and materials included.
- Proof of purchase (such as an invoice or receipt) may be required to validate the return.
2. Return Freight Cost
- Due to the size and weight of the 98" smart board display, return shipping is not free. It will be your responsibility to pay for the return fee.
- A flat return freight charge of $350 will apply and be deducted from your refund for 65", 75" and 86" smart boards.

3. Return Process
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team for a Return Authorization (RA) and shipping instructions.
- Once the product is received and inspected, we will issue a refund of the purchase amount, less the return freight charge.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
- If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 5 business days of delivery. We will arrange for replacement or repair at no cost to you.
5. Non-Returnable Conditions
- Products that show signs of use, damage, or modification may not be eligible for return or may be subject to a restocking fee.
- Custom orders or special configurations may not be returnable.
